Shannon McElveen is the CFO of Wall Works Holdings. In her role, she leads the company’s financial strategy, operational performance, and systems modernization initiatives to support scalable growth and long-term value creation.

Shannon brings more than 25 years of experience spanning construction, consumer products and private equity-backed middle-market companies. She began her career at The Coca-Cola Company and later built an operational finance consulting practice focused on the construction sector, directly working with founders, investors and executive teams to strengthen financial infrastructure and operational discipline.

Shannon has held senior finance leadership roles including CFO and VP of Finance for multiple private equity-backed contractors. She has overseen carve-outs, integrations, ERP implementations and the establishment of standalone finance, IT, HR and treasury organizations designed to support growth and organizational maturity. She has also held the operational leadership role at a construction technology company held by private equity and served on the leadership team who saw this portfolio company to a successful exit.

She and her husband are parents to four grown children and are now grandparents and reside in Brooks, GA. Together they enjoy travelling, gardening and being with their family and friends.
